Starter Cloneable

A basic setup with no styling to customize it as you need.

1) Copy the elements inside the div block called "COPY ELEMENTS INSIDE".
If you are not using the hidden form functionality, don't copy the hidden form element.

2) Style the warning class for the inputs, you can do it by using custom CSS or by creating an element like this in the stylesheet of your project:

Thank you! Your submission has been received!
Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form.

3) Copy the custom code from the before < /body> tag section of this page settings.
If you are not using the hidden form functionality, delete the hiddenFormID property from the code.

This is a simple form build that has:
- All kind of inputs in 3 different steps.
- A hidden form that submits on step 1.
- An alert block that displays when a required input is not filled.

You can edit and style it however you want: add, delete or move steps (slides), inputs, confirmation values, etc.
Don't forget to check the documentation on Github for further information.

The following text blocks show the values of the inputs:

Name
Email
Phone
Checkbox
Service
Amount
Variants
Notes
Thank you! Your submission has been received!
